This swing type has a moderately steep angle of attack, so
the club drives into the ball almost as it meets the ground, creating a shallow
divot, before sliding through the shot.
The EGG Grind is designed with aggressive relief in the heel and toe and extreme
trailing edge relief allowing the leading edge to sit closer to the ground. The
high bounce angle reduces digging action on fuller shots, while the thin sole
limits contact with the ground, preventing thin shots.
